Review: BEGRAVEMENT - Conjuring The Necromancer

BEGRAVEMENT - Conjuring The Necromancer
Undoubtedly a promising young band from Saint Paul, Minnesota. Salute and respect for all the talents and capabilities they have. Begravement consisting of Ezra Blumenfeld (guitars, lead vocals, programming), Owen Hiber (guitars, drums) and Matt Schrampfer (bass, backing vocals, choirs) have completed a pretty good piece of work through their first EP, entitled “Conjuring The Necromancer”. The band is quite brave and visionary. They may have experimented a bit through a total of 6 songs included in the EP, but at the same time showed their ability to integrate all the metal extremities; death, black, doom and thrash metal at the right place, coupled with progressive and technical elements that are quite thick and effective. Everything sounds mind blowing! “Conjuring The Necromancer” is just a mesmerizing start and I’m sure something far more amazing they will produce in the future. For now, this is an impressive debut from a freshly new band that was born with quality and high potential.
