NOCTURNAL POEM - Pray To The Moon (Single 2020)
The Peruvian Neo Dark Folk project called Nocturnal Poem was formed by two experienced musicians; Enrique Ilave (Eternal Exhumation, Metal Crucifier, Despondent Chants, etc) and Monica Largo (a singing teacher). They have launched their first single “Pray to the Moon” on October 26, 2020. This 4:32 minutes song is impressively beautiful on both guitars and vocals section. I was amazed and fascinated listening to the acoustic guitar playing and the soulful singing. It is truly captivates; well-written composition, nicely carved music and charmfully delivered. Few touches of synth also made the entire song sound so appealing. Poetic lyrics with thoroughly memorable chorus. I just can’t wait for their second single and future full release. It must have been great and immersive!
