TINNĪN - Demo I
Tinnīn is a new one-man black metal project of Evan E. (Canadian goregrinder Metastasis) which musically the style in the veins of Finnish, French and German black metal. The debut demo was released on December 15, 2020 and it contains 5 tracks (almost 20 minutes of playing time). Here we have a rather raw production, quite old-school sound that brought us back to 80s / 90s demo quality. The riffs are simply straight-forward aggressiveness with some epic and atmospheric melodies. Lyrically, Tinnīn talks about depression, spiritual, nature, death and the likes. Well, I think it is a good start indeed. Cassettes (to be) available through labels such as Les Fleurs du Mal (Canada) and Narbentage (Germany). Check it out!
